Back from Brunei yesterday night and woke up today morning with bad cramps. Curled up in bed and refused to move an inch even though I had a slight feeling I may have caused some staining already.
Why must our uterus lining shed every month without an egg??? Can't it be every 6 months, or annually, or better still, not shed at all??
Nothing can cure my cramps except panadol which I try not to take every month because I don't want to be reliant on them. But I caved in and took a pink pill after some food.
After that, I napped. Again.
Woke up to lunch.
Then watched youtube, did some work, and had afternoon tea.
What a boring day I had today! Can't wait to wrap up this unbearable cramp and go out to play in the sun! And unwrap some happy food like KFC Bandito Pockett when I am feeling better to go out!
