Hectic Umemployment

So I've been officially unemployed for 2 weeks and instead of bumming around at home, my schedule everyday is quite packed!

1. I've been picking up on my reading and onto the second book for this year. This is an achievement for me considering I'm not even anything close to being an avid reader. Time to brush up my english and writing skills!

2. I've been stepping into the kitchen lately. Always wanted to hone my baking and cooking skills and this is my chance!

Cheesy chicken with mushroom and lettuce for lunch. In an attempt to have non-carbo lunch for 5 days.

Chocolate loaf cake. Don't judge the cake by its appearance. I personally think it's quite yummy except it's a little too dry. Shall try to improve on that!

Chocolate chip oatmeal cookies! Finally something I'm rather proud of. Recipe at my craft and recipe blog, www.craftedwithlove.org.

3. Been making healthy breakfast every morning for some time already.

4. I've also finally finally been attending driving lessons regularly, and hopefully to pass and get my blardy license before I embarked on a new job. Still trying very hard to memorise answers for FTT though.

5. I'm getting old and besides eating healthy, exercise is essential too. So making full use of my gym package at Celebrity Fitness. Pilates, yoga, body pump, zumba here I come! Also, to ensure that I have no excuse to say I have no time for gym, I also started on Insanity Workout. Yes. T'was quite tough the first few days, getting extremely tired out before the 20 minutes mark but now the first 20 mins is easy peasy!

Besides all this, I have also many other plans for myself!

6. Been on the look out for volunteer work. Always wanting to do something meaningful, but say only, I'm quite a procrastinator, so now is the time.

7. Learn something new. I have a few things in mind but I have to be careful not to break the bank since I have no income now. So... looking out for singing classes and have already signed up for a japanese cuisine 3-day class!

8. In the midst of maintaining and upkeeping my hobby on crafts through my CWL blog. Hope to be able to journal my personal journey here as well. Plus, another upcoming project which is giving me a headache now but I hope all will go well in time to come!
