Spent my Sunday evening with TP grassroots to watch the Chingay!
My evening started at Kim Tian West RC. Amazing artpiece by the grassroots using recycled materials.
Then I rushed down to Pinnacle after that!

T'was like a night carnival with cotton candy, balloons and bouncy castle!
And of course, the highlight of the day!
Despite all the beautiful lighted displays on the road... this was my favourite snapshot of the night. A pity I couldn't and didn't bring my camera and this is the best my iphone could do...
Though I have never been to the actual Chingay event before, I thought this was good enough! Right at your doorstep (for those staying at TP area), less crowded, kinda feels good watching with your fellow residents and neighbours right (lol) and super upclose where many even stood next to the displays to take photos!
Was a little dreadful just having the thought of working on a Sunday night, but this was definitely worth the time!
